I think you'd be more successful if you realized that bullying DOES work in our society but perhaps, it SHOULD'T. It might help if you realize that while "bullying" per se, is frowned upon in polite society, INTIMIDATION, which is another word for bullying, isn't frowned upon at all.

Now, THAT would be an interesting paper.
