Right now my heat is connected to an older thermostat. When I had my Central Air installed I never combined thermostats. Now my heat thermostat is on the fritz and I would like to use the WR thermostat for both. Can this be done? I only see one set of 24V terminals, you can't terminate them both on the same terminal, right? Is there a way of doing this?
Thanks.

Here is your thermostat install instructions. It only has one R terminal so it would be difficult to combine both units together unless you attach the A/C unit to the furnace as is standard on most installs. If you can figure out how to do that then it is not a problem. You might look into the wiring diagram or install book for your furnace and change your A/C over to it then you can use just the White Rodgers thermostat.
