If your previous job lies on you and tell people that you are a theft and the previous manager also tells another job that you trying to work for the samething, is it possible that I colud file a suit against her and the company that she works for.

2. and if it is untrue. If you were a theft and stole from the old company and they are merely telling the truth, they can tell it all day
