My heater furnace is not turning on. The fan turns on and the outside compressor is on, but it only blows cold air.

Furnace is Goodman, Model #HCA100ND4R

Compressor is Luxaire, Model #TCGD48S21S2A

Do you know the approximate age of the furnace? It may be equipped with a status/diagnostic LED. If so, it will provide valuable clues as to the problem. Look for a small clear viewer disc on the front panel.
