You don't need to post three times. Looks like some impatience at not being answered within a half hour.
Most people I know use the terms interchangeably, but there is a bit of a technical difference that's hard to understand. The short answer is that cost accounting is the more technical info of coming up with the costs to begin with and is a part of the whole managerial process, which goes further by using that info in decision making.
