Hi everyone,
My cousin married a girl who was interested only in getting her Green-Card. Now they are going through a divorce. They lived together for a year and 2 months. During that time she managed to get pregnant and have the baby. Now she claims that he abused her and bit her every day. And she wants his house, which is under his name where his parents live. He doesn't even pay mortgage on it. She has the baby and keeps the kid as a tool to manipulate him. Plus she somehow got her paperwork from immigration department. He canceled his petition, but magically she managed to get her papers according to her attorney. How can we report this fraud papers to immigration? I know that immigration do not have that much time and does not pay much attention to those type of reports. Several people called two, three years ago and reported similar frauds, but immigration service did not do anything.
What can we do? Where can he apply to report the fraud?

Your story doesn't make sense.. if he owns the house and he had it before marriage, she has no right to claim this house as martial property.

If she has evidence to prove to immigration that she's a victim of domestic abuse, she can get her legal status without his assistance, this happens all the time.

Why don't you tell "the truth" and we will guide you on what to do and how to do it...

I am telling you the truth. She is a big liar. Her immigration attorney was arrested for illegal ppr- work. Now she presented another fake ppr that her mom is having a surgery and she needs to leave the states and take the baby after the Judge prohibited her to leave the country with the baby. She doesn't have any police report or any type of pprs from a doctor that she was abused during one year marriage

So, you want to report her for immigration fraud. But you don't want her leaving the country? And what proof do you have that the papers from the dr are fraudulent?

And don't forget that this also reports your cousin for fraud since he must have been aware of it also??

But with 50 percent of marriage ending in divorce it is hard to say.

She will get child support, but should not get the house. He needs a good divorce attoreny and more on and forget about her

As we can assume her case was based on the fact that "she was abused during her marriage" which is a lie. We have all the proof that she couldn't be abused since nine months of the one year marriage she was pregnant and regularly had to go to the doctor. 2 months before the marriage her mother was here with her and one month after marriage all of her family members were here. And on her 7 month of pregnancy, her mother came to US to care for her and stayed for almost 4 months.

Yes we do want to report her to immigration services, since her plan was to get married for the green card and my cuzn didn't know about that.

Well abuse happens in many ways, and to be honest there is really no proof that "there was not" but on the other hand most likely she does not have proof there was.

But there is no reason needed for divorce now aday anyway.
And to be honest it is hard to say immigration may merely allow her to stay
