Personally I think you are exploring spiritual things and this can cause us to have some strange experiences. Relax and go with the flow on this. Being frightened and confused can make things seem worse than they are. Google and find out about grounding yourself, staying safe and not worrying too much about these things. They are much more common than you might think.

Nothing to be scared about. It should be taken as a positive spiritual experience.
