I am 18 yrs old and I was adopted at the age of 15 along with my 2 sisters and 1 brother. My brother is soon going to be 18 and my sisters still have about 5 years to go. I would like to gain custody of them, but I am not sure if I am able to with them being adopted. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME?!

Why are you attempting to gain custody when they have legal parents?

Is there a problem with abuse or some other issue?

Otherwise, no, you cannot adopt them without the consent of their legal parents.

They want to be with me. They know the parents don't like them. Honestly, I just want them with me because I know I can take care of them.

You cannot adopt them without the consent of their parents - if you get that consent you have to be able to provide for them financially by yourself.

Will the adoptive parents consent to the adoption?

If you can prove that "not liking them" rises to an abusive level that can be reported to the authorities and, if the charges are serious enough they can be placed in foster care. That still, of course, would not enable you to adopt them.
