Need to know how much money was withheld from your salary to determine what your refund will be.
Your personal exemption is $3,600 times 3 = $10,800. The HoH standard deduction is probably around $8,300, so the first $19,000 of your $31,000 is tax-exempt.
The remainder will be taxed at about 10%, but you probably will be getting $2,000 in Child Tax Credits, plus you probably qualify for the Earned Income Credit, so yo can expect at least a $700 refund, probably a LOT more.
