My brother left for france in 1986 to play basketball. Our mother passed away a year ago and we did everything to try and find him when she passed away and we didn't have any luck. We also went through Blue Cross. I am still trying to reunite with my brother, if anyone can help me on how to find him my family and I would be so happy and appreciated. He doesn't even know that he has nieces and nephews... Thank You
