I would try one of the hardware stores like Home Depot or I would go to a good electric supply house.

What make is the fan? You need a pullchain?

I would forget any of the average hardware stores. There switches look like the right ones but they aren't.someone sugested a philmore, 30-9152, I am going to try one.
