How would I go about getting a court appointed attorney? I am still having a hard time not being able to see my daughter. My xwife has moved and I do not know where she has moved too, When I finally got her on the phone she told me that I did not have a daughter and not to call her anymore she is in violation of a court order which gives me visitation she has not let me see her in over a year I have tried and tried . I can not afford an attorney I need someone to help me.. I pay $400.00 a month child support. Where can I go to get a court appointed attorney or who could I go to that can help me?

Contact the Court where the hearings are being held and ask if they have a list of Attorneys who can be Court-appointed OR will work for no fee or a small fee.
Some States/Courts do not have appointed counsel when it comes to support/custody matters as the Courts are, in theory, family/user friendly.
