Furthermore my daughter has 0.75 0.25 120 - 0.50 10 for distance. Should she wear her glasses all the time or only when she needs to see distance, and remove it when reading. Iam 44 and my daughter is 14.

You are missing a lot of symbols. I assume that you both are - prescriptions. Either way both are relatively low. Your daughter should be wearing her glasses as much as her doctor prescribed. With that prescription I would assume just for class.
