Nowadays many people live in a house in their country in the Arabic Gulf. But at the same time, they own another one in a different country in the Arabic Gulf too. Owning a house in the Arabic Gulf like :( UAE , Saudi Arabia and Kuwait ) have both advantages and disadvantages.

There are several advantages of owning a house in a different country in the Arabic Gulf. To begin with, it can use as a resort and a place to spend vacations and have fun time there. In addition, it’s a chance for the owners to get new friends and neighbors outside the country to do some activities with them and ask them in what-ever they want. Moreover the owners can offer the house for rent while back home which can in this way earn extra money to buy their necesarity things.

In contrast, owning a house in the Gulf area has also disadvantages such as; it cost lot of money because owners have to pay the phone and the electricity bills instead of the yearly constant maintenance. In addition, the house can be robbed by thieves while the owners come back to their country. Last but not least, it also cost a lot of money to buy a house in this area.

To conclude with, I think owning a house in another country in the Arabic Gulf has lots of advantages and it help the ones who have relatives in this country to spend their time alone with them on the holiday. It also a nice way to spend vacations outside the country with less cost.
