How can I lose wieght really fast by dieting

My advice is NOT to try and lose weight really fast.. its bad for your health,your heart,and general well being.

See your doctor before starting on a new diet..

Start slowly,swimming and walking are easy and cheap..

There are loads of people here who can offer helpful eating suggestions and exercise solutions..

But,please see your doctor first..

Change your daily meals to meals rich in roughage like green vegetables, fruits. These help in making you feel 'full' without absorbing much calories.

Drink lots of fluids, have weekly exercise, twice is good for a mild one(like walking for a long distance), one of a tough exercise (like swimming), is good. Try entering a sports club or gym club at your school.

Chew well your food. This will make you spend more calories on the chewing. In the long run, you'll see the great effect :)

Then, stop all junk food, including fast foods, because these are not good for your health, plus they are rich in fats.
