OK it works in the store lol. My 4 prong connecter is hot on both red and black my grounds are grounded and I replaced the 4 prong connecter still no heat it turns good jumped both grounds and still no heatchecked back of drier and black is hot red is hot checks hot on both and I am going crazy here checked the breaker both wires hot

Make sure you have your cord connected properly. You should have two hots one neutural, and a ground. The red and black are the hots, the white is the neutural, and the green is the ground. If you have verified this, check to make sure that you haven't triped a fuse, and that you are indeed getting your two 120 volt potentials at the cord. Reading between the black and red connector on the cord end, you should read 220-240 volts, if you do not, and read 120 volts to ground on both sides, then there is a problem. The two hots are on the same potential.

Check that first.
