I am getting error code 24 on my bryant furnace.
Could someone please help me by letting me know what the code is, and how to fix it?
I was trying to install a new thermostat and might have got wires crossed.
Thanks

You have blown the low voltage fuse on the control board. (Simple automotive fuse)

If they are getting a fault code, I doubt the fuse is blown

On the newer systems(under 15 years old). The system will let you know if 24 volts has been broken, from roll out limits, main limits, draft limits and open low voltage fuse. Count the blinks of the light on the control board. Look on the door of the furnace for the led code status it's a service code to let you know what's wrong.

You were right on, I just ran into the same problem, code 24, it was a 3 amp automotive fuse on the control pannel. Thanks for the answer!

I Posted a question and found the answer here, Just a simple 3 amp fuse. Saved a ton, pack of fuses $4, instead of making a service call.
Thanks

3 Amp automotive type two-prong Fuse is on the circuit board. Buy a nice screwdriver-type 1/4" socket and remove the four 1/4" screws holding the whole circuit board. Remove the sheet metal container with the circuit board. Disassemble tin and replace the fuse.
