Hey everyone.
I know on average that the "average" human has an estimated 100,000 hair on their head. I also know that on average a person sheds between 50 and 100 hairs a day. That's about 3, 650 hair a year.

But I feel Like I might be shedding more than that. I'm not sure if it's from the shampoo I use or what. Also, I only wash my hair about twice a week because it is very fine and it will get stripped of all it's oils that keep it healthy if I wash it too much.

I use Garnier Fructice (or however you spell it) for normal hair.

Could it be the shampoo I'm using? Maybe poor nutrition? Or lack of washing, maybe all 3?
I'd appreciate the input.

I read somewhere that there is a particular shampoo ingredient that is not good for both you and your hair. I read that the ONLY shampoo that does not have this ingredient is White Rain shampoo. It's been several years now and that's all that I use on my hair. My hair is always shiny and looks lovely. I constantly get compliments on what beaitiful hair I have (it's long) and what kind of shampoo do I use.

Even though it's only $1 a bottle I use it and the White Rain conditioner.

The ingredient that was bad started with a "M" and was pretty long. The reason I can't quote you the ingredient is that I don't have any other shampoo in the house to get this ingredient off!!

Try White Rain. It should stop your hair from breaking and falling out.

The chemical was something like menzobizine.

I like the Coconut shampoo and the Coconut conditioner. I, too, have fine hair but I can wash my hair every day if I want to with the White Rain and it does not dry out my hair or scalp.
