I'm trying to find out how to make family members leave my moms house, my mom has a five bedroom house in pomona, California and my sister and her kids and my brothers son and girlfriend and two baby's and my brothers exgirlfriend and her two kids plus my sisters daughter and her one kid . No one has a lease agreement and don't help with bills my mom just had a major heart attack thandk god she made it threw her bypass. But she wants everyone to move out how can I get them out of my moms house? Do I need to evicit them?

You can do nothing but mom can mail each of them an eviction notice. They may not be paying anything but they has established themselves as legal residents and n must now be evicted.
