What if I go to the visa interview after expungement ? Is there any chances of re opening the case ? Is it safe if I re open the case and what I am elligeble even after I reopen the casse for expungement ?

A criminal explungement will be seen by immigration, it only hides criiminal conviction from private industry background checks, it is always still visalbe by police, government and national security background searches.

So if you had a criminal conviction explunged for immigration, you wasted your time and money

Agree with Fr_Chuck, plus it's not easy to do if you are over 18 y/o.
