Take some sort of a birth control method for you to prevent pregnancy. Make him wear the condom to solidify the deal! Also when he wears a condom it reduces your chance of contracting an STI... take the HPV shot and stay protected at all times.
There is a chance you could get pregnant with a condom and still a chance of contracting an STI, so back it up with birth control to reduce your chance of pregnancy up to 99%. Sometimes condoms, leak, break and other stuff and accidents do happen so don't just rely on one source!
The birth control is great in preventing pregnancy up to 95% (pending on the method and type) but birth control is 0% effective in protecting you from an STI (Sexually Transmitted Infection). The condom is a deal breaker at times... they say 99% but don't rely on that - to me it's a 50/50... you do your part and your boyfriend should do his. Sex is wonderful for two people to share but be responsible and take care of YOUR body.
