My boyfriend of a year is still living with his ex. They are not dating but she refuses to leave. I live in New York, she doesn't have that much stuff but she isn't really paying rent. He pays all the bills, except cable. He doesn't want to force her out in fear of getting arrested for touching her property. What should we do, she told me herself she is staying and living at her mothers house. Why won't she leave?:confused:

Guys who live with ex-girlfriends and any ex-girlfriends who continues to sponge off their ex-boyfriends are not exactly prime candidates for boyfriends/girlfriends or potential mates.

Why doesn't she leave? Because she gets everything she wants without charge. Why doesn't your boyfriend throw her out? Probably because he enjoys a little whoopie with her, also. I suggest you have the problem -- not her. Move on, gal.
