This may seem like a weird question, but does anybody know any websites where I can find mermaid tails available for purchase? I DO have a budget and would like to find mermaid tails that are realistic looking (not made of fabric.) I would use the tail for modeling and underwater. Also, if it's possible that any of you know how to make a realistic mermaid tail, let me know. I'm desperate to find one in a decent price range, I have looked at mertailor.com, those are very high quality, but a little above my price range. I'd like one that looks good and won't fall apart. Any and all answers are much apprieciated!

I have googled it and I am not looking for mermaid costumes. I'm looking for professionally done, realistic looking mermaid tails. Made of neoprene, spandex, latex, etc.

Check out Adam Martyn's work. His website is http://www.fantaseacreatures.com/ but In my opinion his YouTube channel is more informative: http://www.youtube.com/user/Docjava3

The mermaid tails at www.emilyangelfish.com are really pretty and look really really good under water and in videos. They also come with the swimming fin that keeps you swimming underwater.

Try the tails at Home Page (http://www.emilyangelfish.com). Even though they are a fabric of some sort, the look really neat under water and in photos and stuff. =)
