There's this guy who's my best friends brother... I always thought he was cute. And he thought I was cute.. I was too scared to ask him out or anything... then one day I got the bad news. He had been murdered, now I regret everything. I always go visit him. Lately I always have the chills and I always dream about him. In my dreams he talks to me saying "im sorry we can't be together, but trust me when we do ill be with you forever." Other dreams well just be together and there would be white surrounding us like clouds. I just wanted some opinions. Does this mean he's waiting for me in heaven? What do you think this mean?

Perhaps it is your inner self realising that you made a mistake by not being with this guy.As for the dreams maybe they are just showing what you are thinking.

Think of him as your angel but he is not your guy - there is a life to be lived, and this loss will teach you and help you to know the right man when you find him, and will also help you to appreciate him as you should given how fragile life can be.
