I'm unsure where to ask this question.. sorry if its in the wrong spot.

So I've been making this game in game maker version 6.

I had lives, shooting etc.

But when I opened my game to play it,

The lives wouldn't work,

It wouldn't show up the top, in the blue bar

And every time I would collect a life the high score table would show and the restart the game.

There is nothing wrong with the D&D things.

I can't find the falut and reason to why its not working...

Any help would be great.
