Please I need to know ,I lost my passport and my green card which I guess is expired by now I have a part time job not enough to pay for anything I want to go back home what do I do

Contact the consulate of your country to obtain a new passport.

If you have 10 years GC, once you get your new passport, you can file for replacement of your GC. Submit form I-90 along with supporting documents and $290 fee. You should receive a new card in approx 90 days.
