I understand its not safe, and I'm really worried. Last week, my boobs got very tender and I started cramping up as if I was getting my period. The ansewr is yes you could be but it could be stress or just a little late.
It is really too early to take a HPT so you have to just play a waiting game for now

If you're 4 days late, now would be the time to test for pregnancy using first-morning urine.

If the result is negative, wait a week or two and call your doctor if your period does not come. Stress can delay your period as well.
