I noticed about last week that on the inside of my palm one of my veins are bulging out.I feel no pain and it is not bruised at all.it's not going away either I have no clue what it could be.I also don't think that I busted it by hitting anything because I didn't hit anything hard enough to bust it.I didn't pick any heavy things up either if anyone knows what it could be could you please tell me?

I have that too, but don't worry about it. It is quite common.
