The fan won't kick on outside when my central unit is on,I just noticed this was happening.what is happening?It is only 4yrs old.do you think it is still under warranty

Are you referring to the fan on a split heat pump unit, or something else? If so, is the compressor running? If only 4 years old, parts should still be covered. Give more info (brand/model #'s) if possible.
