Hello,
I saw a topic such as the one I'm posting but I have something else to add so I'm opening this one up. Maybe I can get someone to help me out here.
I need to shut off the gas valve on my stove. The thing is this valve is rock solid and it's almost impossible to turn. I don't want to force it and then something happens with the gas leaking out so I'm asking here about what to do.
What type of wrench would I need, or this there a special tool to use for this?
Since it's so tight and hard to turn is there anything you can do to make it easier to turn?
I read you turn it left- counter- clockwise about 1/4 is this correct?
Many thanks for any help provided.
