My 2002 Toyota Camary was tested at Auto Zone for a battery issue. Replaced the bad battery and went to start the car and the RPM and MPH gauges flickered then went very low. The car wants to stall because of low RPM? I went back to autoZone and they said to go to Toyota that the computer needed to be reset? Is this true? Can I reset the computer? Thanks for any help you can give.

Use a code reader to clear any codes and reset the ECM. Many AutoZone stores don't provide this service any more.
I would also have AutoZone test the alternator. I sounds like the voltage regulator may be suspect. If you want, check it yourself:
