What are you already doing? Basically, diet and exercise. Eat lots of fruits and veggies, lean proteins. Stay away from junk food, fast food, fatty foods, soda, and high sugar foods. What sort of exercises you do is hard to suggest without knowing your age or what you've already been doing.
