How do I set up one computer as my office computer and access it from home through the internet.

You need to invest in some remote administration software.
Ex. VNC or RAdmin, there are many... www.logmein.com is also popular and the easiest to use.
You will have to setup the server on the Office PC and the client software on any other PC.
You will also need the IP Address of the Office PC or setup port forwarding if needed at the office.
