I am working in a private company and I am 39 years old. I am a handicapped and move only by hands. A young unmarried muslim lady (age 23 years) support staff of another department was friendly with me for the past two years and had been fond of me (?). She always used to come with me and I drop her at bus stand in my specially made motor cycle.

I am not in love with her. I also know that she is in love with a person of her religion. For the past two months she was very close to some of the male staff, who are not of good character. As her father was doing a chit and furniture business, she, with a promotional thing in her mind, is adjusting/sacrificing character and have been so friendly with them. At one point of time, I warned her of consequences and this has ultimately resulted she snapping ties with me. I was mentally upset and put to mental and emotional stress. I expressed sincere apology to her for having interfered with the personal life of others.

My objection has led her to think that she was not of good character. Now I am deepest stress, as she avoids me in office.

Kindly some one give me of advice to come out from this mental and emotional stress and unhappiness.

You apologize for your bad or inappropriate behavior and/or words and respect her wishes not to have contact with you.

If you think she is not of good character, why do you want contact with her? You appear to be judging her on one hand but want to "reconcile" with her on the other.

What is done is done and you simply move past it by occupying your time and mind with other friends.
