Outlook Express works with POP3 and IMAP mail servers. Therefore, you would need to subscribe to POP3 service from those WEB based e-mail services. In most cases there is a fee for such service.

You might consider using ePrompter, which can retrieve mail from any POP3 client and several WEB based services, including Yahoo.
