Hello, my lawn is basically a bunch of weeds. I need some advice on it. How can I get a beautiful green GRASS lawn without just tilling the entire thing up and breaking my back. I know I'm going to have to do some work but is there a way to do it without actually going out and digging everything up and reseeding, is there a time of year that's best to do this? Thanks for your answers guys!!

Hi! angelo244b

Here in Pa. I just made my last cut for the season, but you might have one, maybe two left. Try to cut in the 1 1/2" range. Then if you can get some slow release weed an feed in now, you'll have a head-start for next year.

And while winter is raging plan your attack for next season.
