Creepy kids movie from 80's/ or 90's... please help?
So, I watched it over and over again when I was in 1st grade. I am now 22 and I barly remember any of it but want to see it again, see if it is really as creepy as I remember. All I do recall from it is.
It was animated, I believe with humans.
It had a boy who ran off or was told to go away or locked away and he then opened a door of some sort that he was told not too and he let out a dark black ooz like tar with red spots like eyes almost and it was alive and fluid like water and it started spreding all throughout a "castle" I think? And it ate or ingulfed his father (maybe king) and everyone he loved and turned everything into evilness... or at least this is what I remember when I was 5. Please help. I am going insane!
