Basically, a groupd of people (police officers?) are sent out to training, but one of them is a killer.
A couple of scnenes that I remember:

*a guy finds numbers in blook on a wall. Turn out all those numbers are just repeated speeds of light.

*a guy shoot a pistol right at the moment of an elevator door closing. Instead of shooting from the right end, it, lquite literally, BACKfires.

* someone if killed by a gas balloon shooting
