 I used Wella Magma on my hair and I decided I no longer liked it. I was then told the only way to cover it up was go darker. I had used a red, I mean bright red color so, to cover it up I used a level 5 natural hair color and it came out so much darker then I had expected. I have tired to lighten it up by doing a bleech cap but when I did that the red was pulling through. How do I get lighter hair without having the red in it?

You will need to use an ash color with a green base to get rid of the red tones. A level 5 would be (medium brown). If you use a "medium ash brown" color, it will neutralize the red. But, if you want to go lighter, you should consider getting it done professionally.
