I remember just a bit from what ever this movie was called. I remember a big fat guy with his face covered in zits sitting in what looked like a dentist chair with some other guy "working" on him. Someone else came in to the room and then the fat guy started to float around the room. My parents told my sister and me not to eat too much candy or we would look like thefat guy in this movie.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say it is slightly, possibly Dune, the original 80's version.
