I was recently diving through Idaho, and was pulled over for speeding. I find out that I have a suspended license. The officer arrrests me and books me in jail. I bond out for 2,000 out of pocket since I was out of state. I have now got my license valid and paid the speeding ticket but still have court next week, any idea if they will throw this out or what?

You will have to go back to Idaho and show up in court. If not, a bench warrant will be issued for you.

I am going to court just wondering what might happen in court, dismiss or jail time? This is my fist offense of driving on suspended

Hello t:
If it was suspended because of an outstanding ticket that you didn't pay, but subsequently have, they'll probably dismiss it...

Having paid the speeding ticket constitutes a plea of guilty, so a court appearance regarding that particular charge is a moot point now. When you appear, just simply state that you've paid the ticket and have proof in hand ; a canceled check or a receipt. As for the suspended license issue, what do you mean by "I have now got my license valid?" How do you know this to be true? Why was it suspended in the first place? Why were you not aware that it had been suspended? More details need to be provided before anyone can predict what the judge might do regarding your suspended license.
