Likely, time for servicing. Is it the Oil Life Management light (time to change oil) or a Check Engine Light? If it's the CEL, attach a code reader and look for codes.

When does the light come on?
All the lights should come on during start-up, but should then go off. Some stay on slightly longer than others, while some are on steady and others flash.
