I bought a new toilet for basement bathroom... now I find the plastic flange in floor is broken. I have read about repairing it, but am not sure of the best way to attach the new partial flange to the old one. The floor is concrete and it looks like the old flange was set into the concrete when original toilet was installed. I assume that I need to screw the new partial flange through the old one, into the floor.. but what should I use? I have read about tapcom screws for concrete... are these my answer and what size would I use?
(I suppose trying some kind of industrial glue to attach the two flanges would not be good? )
All tips and advice is appreciated.
