My hearing is muffled in one ear and causing me some pain and I don't have insurance so needing something I can do from home if possible!! Help please it is driving me crazy!

Unfortunately you are going to have to see a doctor. This sounds as though you may have fluid behind your eardrum and most times this takes an antibiotic to clear up. It's called Otitis Media.
