Me and my exhusband are always fighting about my son.he is supposed to get visitation according to the Florida guidelines. I have contacted child support but no answer yet. I have sole custody and as a single mom I am doing the best I can.I don't think its fair that his dad does not help financially and when he visits he is with his grandmother more than his own father,but yet I am supposed to let him go. I have a restraining order so he can't know where I live. He still wants me to meet him half way which is more than an hour away. I have not had the money so my son has not went there in a month. Is there anything I can do to get visits postponed or anything?

You can go speak to the court that awarded him visitation and tell them about the hardship. They should be able to work something out.
