I am 25 years old. My height is 5 fit and weight is 53 kg.suggest something for reduce tummy, hips and thighs.

You cannot spot reduce fat, so you must do a cardio workout. Interval training on the treadmill is great for burning fat and also aerobics as well as eating a good low fat balanced diet! Good Luck

Oh and also weight's are great, squats and lunges for thighs and sit up's, crunches are great for tummy!
