Janitrol has these wires

Y (yellow wire)
G ( green wire)
R ( red wire)
O ( orange wire)
W2 ( white wire)
E ( Black wire)
C ( Blue wire)

Hunter has

RH- 24 volt
RC- 24 volt cool
Y/O- air conditioning compressor
W/B-heating
G- fan
Y1- heat pump compressor


It also says if a wire is marked "C" DO NOT connect it to the terminal
