The fan runs great has for years but all of a sudden the light stopped diming tried new bulbs trid new remote what else could it be or what else could I try? Thanks in advance.

We set the new remote exactly as the old did not work and did not continue to use it. This remote I have has worked fine to dim the light but now stuck on full brightness.

PROBABLY the receiver is failing.
