I have a 96 Accord that just quit running going down the road. The car restarts every time to 1000 rpm and quits and will restart with NO issue every time. If I hold the ignition on the car will run as long as I hold the ignition on, NOT good on starter I know... But car will run and I can rev engine up as well... as soon as I let off ignition it quits... Hazards, radio and headlighs work fine. The AC, & windshield wipers won't work... Is this FUSE related or ignition related? Tips please...

Please email me at [email protected] so that I can get advice and tips directly to my phone...

Thanks,
Marty Martin

. Check all under dash and under hood fuses with a test light or multimeter:

. Replace ignition switch, after checking for wear, pitting, or melting:

Your problem definitely sounds ignition switch-related.
