Hi

I have Canon pixma ip6600D and there are no helpdesk/contact details to ask Canon.

Every time I print a photo it now has a green tinge and I have an exhibition in 3 weeks - please help! :)

There should be some way for you to print a test page either from within the print driver or using a button on the printer. This may give you some indication of the problem.

Check the levels your ink cartridges. Your printer may have either a management console utility or led lights on the panel to indicate the ink levels. If one or more colors are low or exhausted, replace the cartridge(s) as needed.

If you determine that your ink levels are OK, check that the cartridges are seated properly.

Perhaps the nozzles of a particular color are clogged. Clean the print heads. Again, this may be a command in the management console utility or it may be something you can perform using buttons on the printer.
